4 Paws 4 U 4 Ever
4 Paws 4 U 4 Ever, formerly known as Wags R Riches, is a family run shelter that believes in the rights of animals, they should be given the chance to give and receive happiness. They rescue their little furkis from areas like Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Arkansas and Texas, overpopulated areas that euthenize animals. 4 Paws provides medical check ups and updates shots. Spaying and neutering is mandatory with all of their animals. The goal of 4 Paws 4 U 4 Ever is to find the right family to receive the unconditional love that only a pet can give.
Anderson Animal Shelter
Over the years the Anderson Animal Shelter has transitioned from a traditional community animal shelter to one of the most progressive humane societies of its kind. In 2001 an on-site veterinary clinic was added to provide health care for shelter animals and to assist in the goal of spaying/neutering all adopted dogs and cats before they leave the shelter. In 2003 the shelter opened a public low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinic. The shelter operates under a low-kill philosophy and is dedicated to eliminating the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals. Every adoptable animal at the shelter is cared for as long as it takes to locate a loving forever home.
